A Remote Village

You and your family leave your beloved home with few possessions (phone, photos, some old jewelry), taking a bus to the western part of Honduras, and then begin walking for a few hours. Eventually, you find a very run-down, remote village. You stop and ask a local if there is a possibility that you and your family could live there, explaining the situation that you have been thrown into. She points you to an old, abandoned house, and tells you that you could stay there while you figure things out.
